Special Rotations:
Emergency Dentistry/Trauma: Provide emergency on-call dental care especially in the areas of trauma, infection, and hemorrhage. Manage trauma by performing proper examination, ordering radiographs/scans, suturing of perioral soft tissues, hemorrhage control and through consultation with the appropriate medical specialties'.
General Medicine:
Facilitate exchange of information between resident and physician. Admit patient, perform full physical exams, manage patient through the collection of proper diagnostic exams/labs and pharmacotherapy, discharge the patient under the supervision of a physician.
Anesthesia:
Administer IV fluids and properly manage a surgical patients airway through endotracheal/nasotracheal intubation. Administer anesthetic agents under anesthesiologists supervision.

VOLUNTEER EXPERIENCE
Mile Square: Personally developed and organized UIC's first off campus permanent student volunteer dental program. The program's goal was to provide low cost dental care to pediatric patients in the area of the Henry Homer Homes.
Chicago Area Retarded Citizens: Organized program at local CARC Centers. The goal of the programs was to teach physically challenged mothers methods to achieve proper Oral Hygiene in their children.
SEAL America: Volunteer in program for placing sealants on area grade school children.
Donated Dental Service- National program where dentists donate time in their office serving financially needy patient with complex dental needs
University of Illinois at Chicago Dental School Mentorship program-Mentoring of dental students
